Have you ever wondered what it takes to keep an ice rink running smoothly? At AZ Ice, it’s truly a team effort, and every role plays an important part in creating a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Your first interaction is often with our cashiers. They’re here to greet you with a friendly attitude, answer questions, and help with anything from check-in to tying skates. They’re the go-to team members for making sure you feel comfortable and ready to hit the ice. Any questions, comments or concerns they will be more than glad to help you with.

Our Ice Attendants (IAs) work hard to keep everything clean and organized, in our lobby area. Whether it’s handling spills, maintaining the space, or helping you find a skate mate, they’re always nearby and happy to assist. Feel free to ask them for help when needed. Behind the scenes, and on the ice, you’ll find our drivers. They are responsible for maintaining the ice itself, they focus on cutting and resurfacing to ensure the rink is in top condition. If you’ve ever admired a perfectly smooth sheet of ice, you have our drivers to thank.

Our managers help keep everything running seamlessly. They oversee daily operations and are available to answer more detailed questions about programs, scheduling, or anything else you might need during your time at the rink. Of course, no rink experience would be complete without our coaches. Whether you’re joining a group class or taking private lessons, our coaches are here to guide skaters of all levels, helping build skills, confidence, and a love for the sport.

And when it’s time to take a break, our café/tavern team is ready to serve up fresh food and drinks. They help keep you fueled and refreshed so you can get back to enjoying your time on and off the ice. At AZ Ice, every team member plays a vital role in making your experience memorable.
